Hypnosis For Concentration

Being able to concentrate is so important to us humans that without it it’s impossible to control ones thoughts. And you ask why is it important to control your thoughts? Well, have you ever been driving down the road or highway feeling in control of yourself and enjoying your ride? As you listen to the radio and thinking happy thoughts of where you are going. Then all of a sudden a car cuts you off and knocks you out of your calm state of mind? What do you do next? It goes something like this I bet: “That SOB, F-ck him” and then you proceed to flip the person off. Does this sound familiar? We’ve all experienced this before and it becomes such an ingrained habit we think its normal for us when it happens again and when it happens to us, we’ve cut someone off, we think we deserve the finger for what we’ve done. And that’s exactly why it happens, because we are responsible for everything that happens to us. It’s called the law of cause and effect.

Cause and effect is the creational law that’s behind everything that happens to us, good or bad. So back to my example: when a driver gets cutoff by another driver its be-cause another driver drove in front of the other driver and the effect is: the one cutoff first thinks negatively about being cutoff and then feels the anger and then acts badly by flipping the driver off. And this phenomenon, cause and effect, is attributable to everything happening all around us, in our personal relationships, in our offices, politics, government, military and really everywhere and between everyone.

So how can you as a person change the way your life is going? Is it comfortable to always feel negative feelings and acting in a bad way to resolve what happenings to you? Or would you rather do something else that will change how your life is affected from day to day? You see you can’t change what’s going to happen to you in the future, unless you have superhuman powers. And that’s not reality so you can forget about that. What you do need to learn is how to control your thoughts so that when something causes you to think negative, feel angry and then act bad or violently towards that cause, you can step back and not let it affect you to the point where your physical as well as mental health is troubled.

And that’s where Hypnosis comes in to play. Hypnosis is an altered state of mind and in that state your unconscious thoughts, feelings and behavior can be changed so that what was once regurgitated nonsense running on a loop in your mind gets changed to what you know is right and peaceful. I, as an Hypnotherapist have the ability to, with your input on what you want, do all the changes that will help you think with rationality and to use logic to make your life what you want it to be. Let’s say you want to stop smoking every time a negative emotion hits you hard, I can change or eliminate that feeling so you can handle the situation without resorting to smoking cigarettes to make you calm and relaxed. I could go on and on about all the different types of behaviors that people use to cope with things that happen to all of us, but, the point is once you can control your conscious thoughts, feelings and actions in a more positive way your life will be better.

Once you’re able to control those negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors you will be able to stop the negative thinking which leads to feeling bad which then leads you to doing something that may affect your life negatively.
