To become healthier, more in-tuned to your intuition or increase your extra sensory powers you have to first work on stress you may have. To do that you can use self hypnosis and your imagination to make yourself more relaxed and less stressed. I recommend you start out by making a safe room where you can let go of any stress affecting you.
If you have been reading my blogs you already know how to go into a self induced trance. Music, drumming, listening to a clock tick or anything like that will get you into a trance and by closing your eyes and pretending to go deeper you will.
But, before you do go into that wonderful place called trance you must set your mind in motion and tell it what you are going to do. So, here is a script that will help you set the stage for going to your safe room.
Please read this script first, then as you go into a trance it will just be there for you and your unconscious will just do it!
Sit quietly somewhere you will not be disturbed for at least twenty minutes. Use a sound or a candle to get you into the trance. And as you sit there listening to the sound of the music you can close your eyes as they get tired and you feel drowsy. As you sit there you can notice the sounds outside, around you and from all over and as you sit there you can just let yourself go deeper, deeper and more relaxed. And as you listen you can just let your conscious mind do whatever it wants to do as you go deeper and deeper.
And there are ten stairs in front of you and you can start to walk down those stairs and as you do you can go twice as deep each time you step down onto the next step and as you reach the bottom you notice a house and the house is familiar to you and peaks your interest because the house looks inviting and safe. So as you reach the bottom step you are in a deep trance and as you step down onto the ground you take a deep breathe and as you release that breathe you go twice as deep as you just were.
And you see a light in the window of the house and you think I want to go in and check out where the light is coming from. So you step onto the steps of the house and they are old so as you step onto the first step you hear a creak and it surprises you but its familiar, like the stairs at a house you have been to before. So you go to the door and you open it and you walk in to the house. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor, but as you look around you see a door with a sign that says your safe room.
So you walk to the door and open it and you go into the room and it makes you feel relaxed because the smells in the room remind you of your bedroom and as you walk in further you see a comfortable soft leather chair that looks inviting so you go over to it and sit down. And as you sit down you take a minute to look around and you see pictures of landscapes, horses and mountain scenes and as you look at them you are reminded of those times when you were in a place just like in the pictures and it makes you feel wonderfully relaxed and safe.
As you take a deep breathe you hear soft sounds coming from outside but its hard to hear what’s being said because the windows are covered by heavy clothed curtains that block the sound out. So you close your eyes and just slip into a very deep, relaxed sleep and as you do you start to dream and the dream is about being totally relaxed and stress free and you find yourself laying in a chase lounge at the beach in Hawaii or the Bahamas and you lay there feeling the cool tropical breeze as it blows through your hair and as you feel your hair move you can hear the kids on the beach running into the surf and yelling as they splash each other and the sun bathes your body with yellow gold rays of pure warmth and relaxing energy. And you lay there just enjoying the day as you de-stress from the day.
And when your ready to come back to now just let your unconscious count up from one to ten as you walk back up the stairs and when you get back to the top you can open your eyes and come back to now!
This script will allow you to de-stress and will help you to become more in tuned to your extra sensory perception or spirit sense.
