Hello to everyone who has been keeping up with my blog and to all those who will find my writing for the first time, greetings.

I would like to convey some good, healthy thoughts to anyone whose reading about staying healthy both mentally and physically. Of course there is no division between the two but it’s worth saying because there’s a difference from the inner and the outer right?

Mental health is taking care of your thoughts, feelings and actions. How do you control your thought’s which lead to feelings and then actions? Well by knowing that you have free will, control over your thoughts and feelings will allow you to control how you act, and, isn’t that what you are told from childhood on: stop doing that!

You are in control of all you do because all that you do starts inside your mind. Free will is just that: free. Free from anyone or anything external of you, whether it’s a person, place or thing. You are born with free will and it’s always free to you to do what you want with it. Now you can let other’s such as philosopher’s, teacher’s or other people control your will but that’s not conducive to being free in the mind, is it? So, control your will and you will control your thought’s for the good or bad, which, will determine the negative or positive action’s and behavior’s you do each day of your life!

To keep your body healthy you have to make sure it gets the nutrient’s and mineral’s it needs to stay strong and healthy. Now, everyone knows that our environment is polluted in the air, ground, water and inside of us. So, we must replace those nutrient’s we usually get from healthy food that right now is not healthy due to being poisoned by the pollution. So, first thing is buy as much of your food as possible that’s organically grown. But, of course even the seeds that grew that organic food have been poisoned, so, we’re at a disadvantage from the get go. So, after buying organic food, next you should make sure you take a sufficient amount of vitamin’s and mineral’s that replace those lost in the growing of the food. Those few tips will help your body to stay strong and allow you to have a strong immune system especially in todays climate of Covid-19.

Walking just 20-30 minutes a day, at a normal pace, will give you all the exercise your body needs to stay healthy. Now, of course you can go longer if you feel like losing some weight.

So, here’s some good idea’s to stay healthy and Covid-19 free. One, wear at least a FFP 1 mask, FFP 2 is better. Two, keep a distance of 2 meter’s away from people. Clean with soap and water or use those sanitizers that have 80% or better of alcohol in them, because, it kills the shell of the virus.

Here’s some free information that I can’t prove to you and is not medical advice, just what I do and think. So, please understand I am not giving medical advice, this information I am about to give is just my humble opinion and is not medical advice. I am not getting the vaccine, because, the vaccine’s available now were rushed to market for only one reason: to keep the economy going and money flowing. It was developed to quickly to be effective as a virus drug should be, at least, in my opinion and other’s. It usually takes drug companies, on average, 10-15 years to effectively test a vaccine. And then the drug still needs to be enhanced and improved to make sure it keeps up with mutations of the original virus. I refuse to take a drug that has not been rigorously tested in the lab and made sure it does not hurt people. So I am not taking the vaccine, because the one’s out there will not protect me from the mutations or keep me from catching the virus again and again.

Stay moving, meditating, eating healthy, taking vitamins and stay disciplined with all safety protocols about COVID-19 so you stay virus free, live long and prosper.
