TOO MUCH LEFT BRAIN THINKING

In today’s modern world schools and Universities have a mandate to teach everyone to fit into the new world order of computers and high technology. Everyone is being put into a mold that isn’t natural to human beings. High tech is okay in moderation, but, when computer’s, Television, iPods, iPad’s and game console’s become the main activity attracting everyone’s attention, especially, the youth of today we have to step back and wonder? Is this the only way to live? And why? All left brain thinking is:

  • Math
  • logic
  • language
  • reasoning
  • critical thinking

The way we live today and are teaching our kid’s how to live is not a naturally occurring event in       today’s human evolution. This has been imposed on the over 5 Billion people on this planet by people who are driven by capitalism and economic growth. Don’t get me wrong, America was built on Democracy and business building and I am a red blooded American who loves his country.

But, the world today has advanced at a rapid pace, especially in the technological sphere, and has slowly and insidiously changed everyone’s life to the point where everyone today feels like they have no way out of the labyrinth. And what happens when people feel out of control? They start to make bad decision’s like picking up bad habits like smoking, drinking, computer addiction and other worse addiction’s to numb the pain of being trapped in a maze they don’t know how to get out of.

But there is a way! And it must be found within, not from outside each person’s body. Here’s what’s the norm:

  1. Learn how to fit into a high-tech society in school
  2. Sit in front of a computer and work for a job
  3. Go home, rest, overeat and watch TV waiting for the next day of exhausting work
  4. Be bombarded by TV, radio and computer ads telling us what to buy and how to act
  5. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat day after day

Here is a great way to switch it to your advantage, so you make your own decisions:

  • Get out doors and into the woods and hike, explore and have fun connecting to the real world
  • Turn on the right brain by turning off the technology
  • Read. Abe Lincoln had only a small amount of schooling but by reading he got to some nice places in his life
  • Use Hypnosis, either use self hypnosis tapes that you can buy cheaply or get free on youtube or go see a Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist (www.thinkhypnosis.net) is my website for anyone who would like help to change and be healthier
  • Stand back and take stock of where your life is now and where you would like it to be in the future and then do something about changing it, hopefully toward more health and wellness and away from that rut.
